Over the past 16 years the image has become well known around the world in the aviation rescue community. The image is the inspiration behind the apparel, and what started the Rescue Swimmer Shop. The photograph is a tribute to all Rescue Swimmers and those who have served "So Others May Live". Chris attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale while serving as a Helicopter Rescue
