All grown on decomposed volcanic soils with basalt. Tasting Notes Medium red colour with red hues. Subtle cherry and plum aromas and flavours lead on to a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins and length. Winemaking Notes 25% whole bunches are included with the balance de stemmed for
