The palate has beautiful density of fruit, liquorice and a slate graphite minerality. A wonderful season with plenty of hang time for fruit to gain flavour density but retain an energy and brightness to the palate. A solid framework of oak tannins from 30% new oak perfectly balanced with the intense fruit flavour and a layered texture. The persistence of the elegant flavour profile
